We use two separate payment platforms depending on the product:

  • API Subscriptions: Processed through RapidAPI. Refunds for API plans are handled by RapidAPI in accordance with their policies. Manage your API subscription via your RapidAPI dashboard.
  • Email Newsletter: Processed by Paddle.com as the authorized merchant of record.

2. Email Newsletter Refund Policy

For products sold through Paddle, refunds are governed entirely by Paddle's Refund Policy. We do not apply any additional qualifiers, exceptions, or conditions beyond what Paddle provides.

3. Subscription Cancellation

  • Newsletter: Cancel at any time via the "Manage subscription" link in your purchase confirmation email, or via paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • API: Cancel at any time through your RapidAPI dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Chargebacks

If you encounter a billing issue, we encourage you to contact Paddle support or email us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.

6. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Canada, British Columbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
